Local bakers show off gingerbread creations in this annual holiday event beginning the first day of December. Gingerbread houses, trains, canal boats, carousels and other sweet inventions are exhibited throughout the Erie Canal Museum. Various demonstrations and special holiday entertainment every Saturday and Sunday in December. The museum is open seven days a week, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Admission is free.
